Holy Masculinity vs. The Culture of Death

Culture has tried to castrate men. “No uterus, no opinion,” they chant. The message is clear: sit down, shut up, and stay out of the fight. But men are not called to silence. They are called to war.

Abortion is not a women’s issue. It is a human issue. It is the greatest moral crisis of our day. And men who refuse to speak are not neutral. They are complicit.

Men Are Protectors by Design

From the beginning of time, men have carried the God-given burden to protect. They are wired for war. Throughout human history, brave men run to the conflict, not away from it. That instinct is not toxic masculinity. It is holy masculinity.

And right now, the most vulnerable among us, children in the womb, are being slaughtered by the millions. Their bodies are ripped apart for profit. Abortion is not only the murder of the innocent, it is an industry built on blood money. Evil men and women are cashing in on the suffering, while our culture has been brainwashed to believe this is normal, even “healthcare.”

A man’s strength was never meant to be wasted on selfish indulgence or left idle while others bleed. How long will men let women stand alone against the gates of hell in their cowardice while they puppet the same language the abortion industry chants: “abortion is a women’s issue”?

Men of God, pick up your mantle. Refuse to be silent. Step into the fight and defend the unborn.

Abortion Wounds Men Too

This fight is not theoretical for men. Abortion leaves scars on fathers. Studies confirm that men often suffer grief, guilt, anxiety, and long-term psychological pain after the death of their child through abortion.

A study by Coyle and Rue (2015) found that men can experience intense grief, guilt, and regret for many years post-abortion. These feelings can manifest in various ways, including depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of loss and helplessness (Human Life International) (Psychology Today). Another national study of men who had experienced abortion found that 69 percent reported moderate to very high stress after the abortion (Rue, Coyle, and Coleman, USCCB)

Men on the Front Lines

Make no mistake. Women have played a pivotal role in the Church’s stand for the sanctity of life and the protection of the unborn. But history is clear. Men of God have stood front and center in nearly every victory the Church and the pro-life movement have enjoyed. Men have been, and always will be, irreplaceable in the fight for life.

That is why men must reject passivity. It is time to be informed, equipped, and unashamed to speak truth. Men must bring the fight into their churches, their communities, and their families. Not with anger at women but with righteous anger at the lie of abortion itself.

At The White Rose Resistance, we are calling men back to the front lines. We are equipping a generation of protectors who will not bow to the culture of death.

Silence is Complicity

Imagine Germany in 1942. Trains rumbling. Smoke rising. Everyone knew what was happening, but most said nothing. Their silence was not innocence. It was complicity.

The White Rose Resistance was different. Sophie Scholl and a handful of students spoke when their nation told them to shut up. They printed pamphlets. They named evil. They risked everything. Their courage still echoes through history.

We are living in our own holocaust. The abortion holocaust. And once again, a generation is told to remain silent. Men of conscience cannot comply.

Men, history is watching. Your children are watching. God is watching. Do not stand by while the enemy slaughters the least of these. Take your place as protector, as leader, as defender of life.

The time for silence is over. The time for resistance has come. Join the movement. Raise your voice. Stand for the unborn.
